Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support campus administration faculty staff and students
- Receive oral and written orders from building administrator
- Performs work according to stand procedures and by building operational schedule
- Makes minor carpentry electrical mechanical and plumbing repairs
- Performs painting and touchup painting
- Empties waste baskets
- Replaces light bulbs
- Sets up and tears down chairs tables and equipment for meetings
- Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures
- Additional duties may be required
- Work in a manner that reflects the character of Jesus
- Walk in humility a servant leader
REQUIREMENTS:
- Is a Christian role model in attitude speech and action
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to move consistently for up toeight hours per day
- Prior jobrelated experience in custodial procedures and building maintenance with increasing levels of responsibility
- Skills to operate standard custodial equipment
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations related to the handling of cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Superior customer service and relational skills
- Ability to perform prolonged physical activity including standing reaching lifting up to fifty pounds handling and fingering
- Able to work independently and understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Flexible schedule: This position will require some weekend work
- Willing to complete Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance CPR and first aid training
- Agrees with Cascade Christian SchoolsStatement of FaithandTeaching Statements
Salary Range:
$18.00$18.25 Per Hour
