Job Summary:
The Sales Quality Field Analyst role will assist our frontline sales fleet with boots on the ground field coverage. This role will provide support reporting and analytics into how the sales staff are performing and representing our brands through our retail and doorto channels. This role is responsible for auditing reporting and analysis of sales activity and performance data to help ensure that all customer interactions are compliant and result in a positive customer experience while maximizing sales. This role will be expected to compile and administer data analysis across the business in support of our national sales organization. Analysts are expected to use face to face auditing technology tools and reports available to help inform tactical and strategic decisions about where and how our Sales Quality and Performance Management team is providing support and following up in the field.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Quality Managers and Sales Managers to streamline processes and ensure consistent messaging to all customers that are in line with company mission and in compliance with all regulatory stipulations.
Compile document and report quality statistics across the organization to identify patterns and areas for additional attention effort/retraining.
Provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams through data analysis and recommended training programs.
Complete in field assessments of sales agents to ensure regulatory adherence to messaging attire and documentation standards.
Complete staffing partner site/office visits to discuss quality trends and provide quality support.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with sales vendors NRG Company management and cross functional sales teams.
Track and coordinate with Sales Quality and Performance Management teams to ensure newhire recurrent and new process implementation training is delivered to all Sales Agents
Complete outbound calls to customers concerning their experience with NRG
Assist with customer complaint response and additional QA efforts as determined/directed
Sample and audit customer Sales Agreements for accuracy completeness and adherence to company and regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
Work from home 50/50 field/desk work. Western PA
Typical 95 MF schedule with occasional options to flex time to attend/audit weekend events
Regular local travel and occasional overnight travel 1 overnight per month)
Overtime is not required
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a data analytics function
Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Excel Outlook Word
Strong ability to communicate interact and present data effectively with multiple organizational levels within and outside of NRG
Occasional travel
You must reside in the United States to be eligible for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field of study
Retail Energy experience is a plus
Experience in the QA environment outside sales retention and customer care
Experience with delivering training
Fluency with data analytics/visualization tools such as Power Bi Salesforce
Additional Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with standard concepts practices and procedures within a sales environment
Selfdirected with the ability to work independently set and meet goals multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of state energy supplier regulations is an asset but is not required
Physical Requirements:
Sitting Ability to remain in a seated/stationary position for extended periods of time
Mobility Ability to move about through retail event office and outside environments
Hearing Ability to hear understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds
Travel Ability to travel to various local offices and meet representatives in the field in various retail events and residential settings as deemed necessary
Keyboarding Ability to enter text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard
