About the Role
We are always looking to connect with outstanding strategic Customer Success Managers who have deep experience supporting large school districts and influencing decisionmakers across complex multithreaded relationships.

As a Large Enterprise CSM you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders within the largest school districts in the U.S. working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding adoption and longterm impact. This is a relationshipled role with a strong emphasis on strategic outcomes retention and expansion.

Who You Are

  • Experienced CSM: Demonstrated success as a Customer Success or strategic account management role for large districts ideally in EdTech

  • K12 Fluent: Strong understanding of school district operations budget cycles and stakeholder roles

  • Trusted Advisor: Proven ability to build longterm relationships with senior leaders in large districts 20K students)

  • OutcomeDriven: Track record of improving product adoption reducing churn and driving expansion

  • Strategic Communicator: Skilled in influencing crossfunctional teams and facilitating complex conversations
