ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train employees daily on standard monthly courses related to safety food safety compliance security and much more.
- Onboarding Surveys for 30 day and 90 day New Hires
- Onboarding Tracking
- Backupto Orientation trainers
- Responsible for training of 1200 employees between 2 plants Some travel required between 2 facilities (within a mile apart) All other duties as assigned
- KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Assertive Outgoing Sense of Urgency
Basic Computer Skills
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation - EDUCATION:Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).EXPERIENCE:Typically requires a minimum of 3 year of related experience.Bilingual preferred by not required.EOE including Disability/ Vets
