Job Description
We areSystems LLCa leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment.Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.
Job Summary:
This is a role within Systems Manufacturing and Production group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) perform basic machining operations using hydraulic presses drill presses or iron worker and (ii) work in tandem with press and shear operators to shear and form metal parts
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform basic machining operations using hydraulic presses drill presses or iron worker
Work in tandem with press and shear operators to shear and form metal parts
Perform basic quality control checks
Perform daily and/or weekly operator equipment maintenance
Operate cranes hoists and lift tables to load/unload material
Label materials produced and scan shop orders within an ERP system
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Groups and Systems reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
No minimum education required
No prior experience
Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/32
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
Ability to stand walk and sit up
Ability to use hand to finger handle and feel
Ability to climb and balance
Ability to stoop kneel bend crouch and crawl
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to see talk and hear
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing machine shop or related environment

The payrange for this position is $19$23 an hour; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or experience. In addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a shortterm incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
