Position Overview:
The Vice President of Clinical Services will serve as the strategic leader for clinical operations ensuring the highest standards of care across all facilities. This role involves:

  • Overseeing clinical compliance and quality assurance programs.

  • Leading and mentoring Directors of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures.

  • Collaborating with executive leadership to drive organizational goals.

  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for clinical services across multiple sites.

  • Monitor and enhance quality improvement initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of excellence accountability and continuous learning.

  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies and healthcare partners.

  • Analyze clinical data to inform decisionmaking and policy development.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Massachusetts license.

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations within senior living or longterm care settings.

  • Proven track record of successful survey outcomes and quality improvements.

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior care.

  • Exceptional communication organizational and leadership skills.
