UNDs TRIO Upward Bound Program a federally funded college preparatory program for low income and firstgeneration high school students is looking to fill Resident Tutor Advisor (RTA) positions for its 2025 residential summer program. All applicants must be enrolled in college and in good academic standing or a recent graduate of an accredited university.
Upward Bound Summer Program Resident Tutor Advisors (RTAs) work with the UND TRIO Upward Bound Staff to design assist implement and participate in classroom and nonclassroom activities throughout each day of the sixweek residential summer program. RTAs mentor supervise and tutor the Upward Bound students during the residential summer program (June 2ndJuly 9th) in which the Upward Bound RTAs live in the summer residence hall (with room and board provided for staff during the oncampus portion) supervising the program participants both in the residence hall during daily classes and during afternoon/evening/weekend activities.
In compliance with federal law all persons hired will be required to verify identityand eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.
