- Licensed or certified to perform lash and brow services in Texas
- Customer service experience in the beauty industry
- Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track record for increasing quality of service of peers
- Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests
- Experience facilitating formal technical lash and brow service training in accordance with a training curriculum and certifying successful completion of training programs
- Mentoring capability or informal onthejob lash and brow service training
- Great leadership in handling the demands of a fast paced environment with finesse
- Experience in leading organizational culture embodying a culture of learning development and potential for growth while having fun!
Qualifications
