Substitute Teacher Assistants are needed at Westport Community Schools for the 2023/2024 School Year. Westport MADate: Tuesday March 11 2025Time: 12:00 pm to 1:30 pmLocation: Former Westport Jr./Sr. High School 17 Main Rd. Westport MADate: Wednesday April 9 2025Time: 10:30 am to 12:00 pmLocation: Former Westport Jr./Sr. High School 17 Main Rd. Westport MAPlease note my office hours are Tuesdays Wednesdays and visit our website for further substitute information at: interested in subbing for Westport Community Schools please attend only one session. No registration required. You may attend orientation prior to formally is a small coastal community located on the South Coast of Massachusetts. Community Schools located in Westport:Macomber School Grades PreKKWestport Elementary School Grades 14Westport MiddleHigh School Middle School Grades 58 & High School Grades 9 12JOB GOAL: To enable each child to pursue his/her education as smoothly and completely as RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Reports to the building principal or school secretary upon arrival at the school building.2. Reviews with the teacher all plans and schedules to be followed during the teaching day.3. Maintains as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school classroom or the student(s) to which he/she is assigned.4. Assists in overseeing student behavior in class and during lunch and recess periods.5. Performs reasonable professional tasks or duties as may be requested by the OF EMPLOYMENT: Temporary employment on asneeded basis. Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
