Essential Functions:
- Participates in multiple research projects and conducts clinical research under the supervision of mentors and the research leadership.
- Collaborates with medical and research professionals to advance research initiatives.
- Prepares and submits abstracts and manuscripts for publication ensuring highquality and impactful research dissemination
- Participates in clinical activities and shadowing as scheduling allows.
- Attends weekly resident didactic lectures case presentations grand rounds skills labs and monthly research team meetings to enhance clinical and research knowledge.
- Receives guidance and mentorship to ensure professional growth and development.
Education Requirement:
Completion of third year of medical school required.
Licensure Requirement:
Completion of Step 1 of United States Medical Licensing Examination required.
Experience:
Experience with clinical research and scientific writing preferred.
