Position Summary
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in payroll operations within a dynamic and international environment Join our payroll team and play a key role in ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time while gaining handson experience in a fastpaced collaborative setting.
As a Payroll Specialist youll support payroll processes across multiple locations in Italy working closely with our Italian Payroll Manager. Youll gain valuable experience in payroll processing problemsolving and collaboration with different teams including Finance and HR.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting with tax withholding and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
Supporting employee payroll inquiries and helping resolve cases with the team
Investigating payroll discrepancies and contributing to process improvements
Collaborating with Finance on payroll accounting reporting and reconciliations
Staying up to date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Participating in projects aimed at enhancing payroll operations
12 years of experience in payroll (ideally in a multinational company)
Interest in managing payroll processes for large teams 2000 employees) under different CBAs (Chemical Commerce Mechanical Dirigenti)
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changes
Experience with Workday and ADP (a plus but not required!
Fluent in English (multilingual skills are a bonus!
