As a Vice President in Financial Analysis on the Lending Finance & Pricing Team you will be responsible for the of pricing strategies ownership of pricing assumptions monitoring of financial results and support of pricing strategy. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and own the implementation of various assumptions for pricing including expenses capital and credit losses.
- Lead the pricing forum to gather input from key stakeholders such as field legal risk compliance and fair lending and document and track decisions.
- Manage a team responsible for daytoday pricing activities.
- Develop new reporting on profitability and other key pricing metrics to support strategic pricing decisions.
- Oversee the approach to pricing determining which processes are automated versus manual and ensure all necessary controls are in place and properly executed.
- Define and oversee the of pricing tests to determine optimal tradeoffs between rate and volume in collaboration with finance and analytic teams.
- Prepare and present analysis for key stakeholders including Product Risk and Sales teams.
- Handle adhoc requests related to the financial impacts of new strategies and updates to pricing or assumptions.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in financerelated or quantitative field
- 7 years of experience in consumer lending treasury finance or P&A at a financial services firm
- Strong aptitude in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to create financial models reporting and repeatable processes
Preferred qualifications capabilitiesand skills:
- Basic understanding of a lending P&L is a plus
- Basic experience using SAS/SQL is a plus
