About the position:
As a Sales Operations Intern at AMOpportunities you will play a pivotal role in helping to optimize our sales processes and providing support to our advisors. Your responsibilities will include streamlining efforts to support our marketing and sales leads maintaining our CRM (Hubspot) and using existing systems that enhance sales effectiveness.
While this position can be fully remotewe are looking for candidates to be residents of Illinois Ohio Michigan Indiana Florida Alabama or Minnesota only.
Essential Functions:
Support and maintain our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure accurate and uptodate information
Assist in cleaning up and streamlining efforts to support our marketing and sales funnel
Work closely with our Advisor team to ensure proper lead management and CRM hygiene
Research and provide insight intotargetedmarketstofacilitate outreach
Attend team meetings as a thoughtcontributor
Collaborateattend take notes and suggest insights toimprovepartner presentationsas well as develop personal presentation skills
Help improveorganization communication processesand partnership acquisitions
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Experience:
Marketingandresearchexperienceininternationalmarkets and/or in the medicaleducationfield preferred
Fluent in English;additional languagesarea plus
Strong writing skills
High initiative flexibility andteamapproach to work
Quick learner with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong research skills preferred
Proficient in MicrosoftandGoogle applicationsspecificallyExcel
Selfstarter and resultsoriented withtheabilityto focus on and meet deadlines and goals
Exceptionaltimemanagementorganizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others
Knowledge of and previous use of Hubspot is preferred
