Summary of Position
The Global Litigation Legal Intern will play a crucial role in supporting various activities within Jabil Legals Global Litigation group with a primary focus on supporting the business in navigating disputes litigation and claims . This position offers handson experience at the intersection of law and business providing valuable insights into the operational aspects of a corporate legal department. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and an interest in litigation are essential for success in this role.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
The Global Litigation Legal Intern will be responsible for the following:
- Provide support for active litigation projects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to Jabil Legal and other functions.
- Assist in developing training materials for Jabil legal processes.
- Any additional duties deemed necessary by the Global Litigation team.
- Assist with (i) drafting of correspondence settlement agreements and demand letters (ii) basic research and (iii) discoveryrelated review and drafting tasks.
Qualifications
- Major(s): Current Law Student 1L or 2L)
- GPA: Min 3.0
- Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg Florida from May 19 2025 Aug 8 2025
