Bring your passion for patient nutrition to the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Resident to join our 10month program. Youll perform technical and clinical work involving patient assessment nutrition focused physical exams and food service operation management.
We are seeking a Clinical Nutrition Resident for our Integrated Graduate Program to:
- Participate in quality improvement
- Participate in the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) to screen for nutrition risk obtain diet history explain food/drug interactions plan menus consistent with diet order and develop and implement nutrition intervention(s).
- Perform tasks and complete responsibilities related to food service operations and management.
Qualifications
- Technical nutrition knowledge and abilities obtained in a four 4 year undergraduate degree program or four 4 year undergraduate degree program in dietetics food and/or nutrition or related sciences that is accredited by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics Required
Work Experience
- Experience in food and nutrition service operations is highly desirable Preferred
