Position Overview
BayCare Medical Group is seeking a fellowshiptrained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our expanding team at St. Josephs Hospital a busy Level II Trauma Center in Tampa Florida. This new position supports growing patient volume and trauma call needs offering the opportunity to work alongside a skilled collaborative team within a leading patientfocused health system.
Position Highlights:
- Join a collaborative team of four orthopedic surgeons and four advanced practice providers (APPs)
- St. Josephs Hospital is a 555bed fully equipped Level II Trauma Center
- Orthopedic Traumatologist on staff for assistance and guidance
- Call schedule of 7 days per month including one weekend
- Pediatric ER coverage optional

Qualifications
- Board certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
- Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
- Experience in joint arthroplasty and shoulder training is a plus
- Additional subspecialty fellowship training is welcome and encouraged to apply
