Responsibilities
Your Role:
As a Key Account Inventory Analyst you will support profit and service objectives by ensuring accurate and timely handling of customer orders inquiries and concerns as well as coordinating crossfunctionally to support aggressive service goals.

- Ensure communication flow between functions.
- Manage promotional activity from planning through delivery.
- Anticipate potential problems and proactively address them before they become impactful.
Demonstrate service excellence and strive for improvement.In this role you will play an extremely important part in our company and will use your peopleskills to network with customers and your problemsolving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
- 12 years of experience in a Customer Service position.
- Experience dealing with traffic planning production planning and manufacturing systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP.
- Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work every 5th weekend and travel 12 times a year.
Icing on the cake:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the ConsumerPackaged Goods industry.
