A day in the life.

As our Associate Account Manager on the Management Liability team youll be responsible for the following:

• Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.
• Ability to create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters as necessary.
• Department scanning.
• Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:

• College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
• Current California Department of Insurance License
• 1 year of experience
• Proficient MS Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

Work environment & physical demands.

• Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines and telephones.

• applicable base salary range for this role $35360 to $67800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications and education. Decisions will be determined on a casebycase basis. In addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performancebased incentives.

  The applicable base salary range for this role is $34700 to $64600.
  The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a casebycase basis. In addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performancebased incentives.
