- Oversee service orders and drive lane flow ensuring customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Take ownership of the customer experience by assisting with inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Accurately source order and distribute parts for service repairs ensuring timely availability for technicians.
- Maintain an organized parts inventory assist in stock management and process incoming orders.
- Efficiently distribute work among technicians ensuring optimal productivity and minimal downtime.
- Assist with diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinating parts and tool orders as needed.
- Handle warranty claims administration and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Reinforce company policies and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with technicians advisors and parts personnel to create a seamless service operation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring service is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workflows and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in automotive service and/or parts counter operations preferred.
- Teamoriented and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional demeanor and strong problemsolving skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
