Your Mission: As Talent Acquisition Lead youll shape and scale our hiring approach to support fastpaced growth without compromising on quality. Reporting to the Head of People youll build repeatable valuesled processes that enable highvelocity recruitment while maintaining a brilliant candidate experience.

Stage 1 Introductory chat with a member of our Head of People 30 minutes)
Stage 2 Culture interview with members of the People team 45 minutes)
Stage 3 Short task presentation and final skills based interview with Head of People 60 minutes)
