Test and Support Consultant

Job Description
Drive and maintain endtoend quality assurance across platforms including planning
and followup of test activities for new developments configurations and releases.
Ensure operational continuity through Level 2 support ownership including incident
resolution root cause analysis and coordination across support teams.
Actively contribute to development efforts collaborating closely with product teams and developers to ensure delivery of highquality solutions aligned with business needs.
Participate in and support CAR programs including planning testing and
deployment of changes and releases.
Identify and drive continuous improvements in tools processes and system performance with a focus on longterm sustainability and scalability.
Ensure adherence to Digital Common principles documentation standards and best practices across QA and development activities.
Provide input and support for technical design requirement refinement and testability reviews in ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
Produce and maintain knowledge documentation such as test plans incident resolution procedures and knowledge base articles.
Track and report relevant KPIs and metrics using platforms like ServiceNow and BI tools to ensure visibility and followup on operational and quality performance

Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
Minimum 7 years of experience in roles covering QA support operations or digital
platform delivery.
Proven ability to work endtoend across the digital delivery lifecycle from
requirements and development collaboration to testing release and support.
Experience working in crossfunctional teams with both IT and business stakeholders in
a fastpaced agile environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to lead and align across
multiple teams and workstreams.
Comfortable taking ownership driving initiatives independently and managing priorities
across simultaneous deliveries.

Technical and Domain Competencies
Handson experience with Quality Assurance including test strategy planning
automation and regression testing.
Deep understanding of incident problem and change management preferably in an
ITILbased support model.
Previous involvement in CAR (Change and Release) programs or similar structured
delivery and deployment processes.
Experience working with or around data platforms and reporting tools including:
o AARO
o Kyriba
o POMS
o Data Lake / Data Warehouse
o Power BI
o Qlik
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms for case and KPI management.
Understanding of Digital Sales Enablement processes or commercial/digital business
platforms is a strong plus.

Tools and Methodologies
Proficient in tools supporting QA and test management (e.g. Azure DevOps TestRail or
similar).
Comfortable working in agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Ability to quickly familiarize with internal frameworks such as Digital Common
principles and apply them effectively.
