Become part of Axpos dynamic trading operations across East & SouthEast Europe. In this pivotal role youll support crossborder deal implementation and trading operations while ensuring smooth coordination across our frontoffice teams.
What you will do:
Ensure structured commodity transactions are accurately captured in ETRM systems
Serve as a key contact for deal implementation across East & SouthEast Europe
Collaborate closely with traders originators risk accounting and operations teams
Liaise with auction platforms TSOs and counterparties across regions
Ensure adherence to internal directives and local market regulations
Develop deep knowledge of crossborder trading structures and ETRM platforms (ENDUR and bespoke systems)
What you bring & who you are:
Degree in Engineering Mathematics Finance or similar field
23 years experience in energy trading or related business development (preferred)
Knowledge of regional energy markets in East & SouthEast Europe (a plus)
Strong communicator with analytical and solutionoriented mindset
Comfortable navigating complex systems and working across multiple teams
Proficient in English; additional regional languages are a plus

Youll work closely with our front business support in Croatia and connect daily with traders risk managers and operational teams. We are a collaborative international group dedicated to ensuring successful trading operations across diverse energy markets.
