Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Transformation Lead to drive largescale IT digital transformation initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for leading change efforts that align IT capabilities with evolving business needs enhance operational efficiency and support digital innovation. The ideal candidate has experience managing complex IT projects influencing senior stakeholders and delivering sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the endtoend planning and of IT transformation initiatives including digital modernization cloud migration operating model redesign and process optimization.
- Define transformation strategy in collaboration with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
- Manage crossfunctional project teams ensuring alignment with strategic goals timelines and budgets.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to monitor transformation impact and progress.
- Develop and maintain a transformation roadmap and governance structure.
- Lead change management and communication strategies to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Partner with IT operations architecture security and application teams to integrate new technologies and capabilities.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address operational technical and organizational challenges.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT organization.
- Report regularly to executive leadership on transformation outcomes and value realization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 15 years of IT experience with at least 5–7 years leading digital transformation or largescale change programs.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT services cloud platforms digital technologies and ITIL frameworks.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Expertise in project/program management methodologies (Agile Scrum PMP or PRINCE2.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital transformation cloud adoption or IT operating model design.
- Certification in change management (e.g. PROSCI ADKAR) or enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF) is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow Jira Confluence and project portfolio management systems.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Working knowledge in BFS domain
