Telecaller Management Executive
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Telecaller Management Executive to lead and manage our telemarketing team. This role is crucial for driving sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership communication and organizational skills and be adept at coaching and motivating a team to achieve ambitious targets.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating a team of telemarketers.
- Developing and implementing effective telemarketing strategies.
- Setting individual and team targets and monitoring performance.
- Providing coaching and feedback to telemarketers to improve their performance.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on team progress.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions.
- Staying updated on industry best practices and market trends.
- Managing the team’s schedule and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a team of telemarketers preferably in a sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing Business Administration).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
