Requirements
The Data Architect & Engineer will play a pivotal role in delivering technology solutions for the Bank. This position requires a strong background in the banking industry consulting expertise and handson experience with core banking platforms data engineering and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze M&A (Merger & Acquisition) data sets including Digital Customer Loans and Deposits integration data.
Map data to Seacoast Banks FIS Core systems.
Develop and maintain Talend ETL scripts to format and transform data.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless data integration and system alignment.
Provide technical leadership and consulting expertise to drive project success.
Required Skills and Experience:
Banking Industry Experience: Proven track record in financial services (FS) and banking domains.
Core Banking Platforms: Familiarity with FIS IBS is highly beneficial.
Data Engineering & Analysis: Strong skills in data engineering SQL and Talend.
Programming: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
Consulting Skills: Ability to provide strategic insights and technical guidance.
Experience Requirements in the following tech stacks must :
