Details
- Location: Sunnyvale CA
- Shift: 4 days on and 2 days off 7am3:30pm
- Pay Rate: $25$27 Per Hour
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients particularly those in memory care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas to promote a safe environment.
- Help with mobility assistance including transferring patients from beds to wheelchairs or other locations.
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of medical records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in acute care settings or Level II Trauma Centers to support patient treatment plans.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to longterm care and patient service.
