We are currently seeking a skilled experienced Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Team and contribute to delivering high standards of care to our residents in Co Dublin.
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a skilled experienced Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Team and contribute to delivering high standards of care to our residents in Co Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Assure that residents receive the best possible care.
- Supporting the daily administration and functioning of the home in accordance with the National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People in Ireland and the Health Act of 2007.
- Represent the nursing home always and act in the residents and the facilitys best interests.
- Have a strong sense of selfmotivation and a drive to collaborate with others in order to create better care models for the home.
- Take the initiative to look for ways to improve and welcome change.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience after graduation
- Obtain a postregistration management credential in medicine or a similar discipline.
- Outstanding familiarity with HIQA standards
- Possess or be eligible for NMBI registration as proof of ongoing professional growth.
- Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Possesses the clinical administrative and leadership skills necessary to carry out the roles duties effectively.
- Capacity to work alone
