What You ll Be Doing
Be part of our client s team as a Sales Representative where youll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to sealing the deal and play a direct role in reducing singleuse waste through practical impactful product solutions.

Shift: 10 AM 6 PM (MK time)
Work Setup: Onsite / InOffice Skopje
What Responsibilities You ll Take On
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound calls to closing deals
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and present reusable branded cup solutions
- Explain the benefits of partnering with the brand
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calls networking and research
- Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to show how products meet those needs
- Negotiate and finalize contracts that balance customer satisfaction and company profitability
- Develop longterm relationships with customers as the main point of contact
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies and goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records of prospects followups and sales outcomes
- Monitor industry trends competitor activity and market shifts to adjust sales approach
- Deliver postsale service to ensure satisfaction and support retention
- Provide team feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve product and marketing strategies
Requirements
What It Takes to Succeed
- At least 2 to 3 years of sales experience ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong phone sales skills including cold calling and building rapport quickly
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to listen actively and tailor sales pitches to client needs
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and proactive in driving sales
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks with strong attention to detail
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track activity
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and industry trends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred but Not Required
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Experience with project management or CRM software (e.g. or similar tools)
- Comfort working in a fastpaced phonebased sales environment
- Passion for sustainability and interest in supporting businesses with reusable solutions
