Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and implement quality standards inspection procedures and audit protocols across the production process.
Supervise inline midline and final quality inspections to ensure quality targets are met.
Monitor garment construction stitching fabric quality finishing and packaging processes.
Identify quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Liaise with buyers merchandisers production and sourcing teams regarding quality expectations.
Conduct preproduction meetings and pilot run assessments.
Manage and train a team of quality controllers and inspectors.
Maintain records of quality inspections defect rates and audit reports.
Coordinate thirdparty inspections and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce rework or rejections.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Textile Engineering Apparel Technology or related field.
5 years of experience in quality assurance within the garment/apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of garment construction textile quality and production processes.
Familiarity with international quality standards and buyer compliance (e.g. AQL ISO SA8000.
Excellent leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting tools.
