You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDevelop implement and maintain quality assurance protocols procedures and standards for textile production.
Monitor and analyze quality performance across production lines and identify areas for improvement.
Lead a team of quality inspectors and supervisors; train staff on quality standards and procedures.
Conduct internal audits root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Liaise with production design and R&D teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the manufacturing process.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while implementing preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001 OEKOTEX GOTS) and customer requirements.
Supervise incoming raw material inspection inprocess quality checks and final product audits.
Maintain detailed quality documentation inspection reports and testing records.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality of inbound materials.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean/Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the textile/apparel manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of textile materials dyeing printing weaving/knitting finishing processes.
Familiarity with textile testing methods and equipment.
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) ISO standards and industry certifications.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; knowledge of statistical tools is a plus.
