Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Showcase diamond and jewelry products with detailed explanations on quality certification and value.
Provide guidance on product selection based on customer preferences budget and occasion.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Handle customer queries concerns and aftersales service.
Stay updated with product knowledge diamond grading 4Cs) and industry trends.
Ensure proper display and maintenance of merchandise in the store.
Collaborate with inventory and merchandising teams to manage stock levels.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain sales records.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent; specialization in sales marketing or gems & jewelry is a plus.
1 3 years of experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales.
Strong knowledge of diamonds (grading certification cuts etc. preferred.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Customerfocused approach with a strong sense of professionalism and style.
Familiarity with CRM and retail sales systems.
