Our expert range covers the entire spectrum of IBMS CCTV Fire Alarm Access Control PABX IT Infrastructure AV Solution Fire Hydrant Trunkey Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening and selection.
- Utilize various job portals (Naukri Monster Indeed Shine) and social media (LinkedIn Facebook) for hiring.
- Review CVs shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Identify training needs and implement training programs accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain multiple MIS reports related to employee performance.
- Guide employees on company policies and ensure compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems (PMS).
- Handle exit formalities smoothly and professionally.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Detailoriented with a proactive approach.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Qualification: MBA preferred
