We are a progressive and innovative nonprofit organization dedicated to providing personalized and engaging education to youth placed in DYS programs across Massachusetts. Our programs have small student populations of up to 15 students with an average class size of 5 students. Instruction is provided by a small but mighty group of General Education Special Education Art Physical Education Horticulture Vocational Literacy and ELL are especially interested in Massachusetts licensed teachers who have experience with students placed atrisk however we also welcome candidates seeking to change their careers or return to teaching again who are waivereligible teachers and willing to obtain a teacher certification.
