Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma plus 2 years direct respiratory care experience OR an Associates OR Bachelors degree in Respiratory Care.
Applicant must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
Applicant must hold a current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Respiratory care.

Responsibilities:
Performs routine respiratory care procedures including but not limited to: updrafts metered dose inhalers (MDI) chest physiotherapy (CPT) arterial blood gases (ABG) incentive spirometry intrapulmonary percussive ventilation (IPV) patient education mechanical ventilator setup and management. Assists in codes and rapid responses.
Calls for or physically moves equipment and medical supplies needed into the assigned work areas
Enters patient treatment notes in echart system and/or places documentation in patient charts
May perform other duties as assigned.
Employees in this role must be fitted for capable of donning and performing routine tasks in personal protective equipment to include N95 masks Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) or Controlled Air Purifying Respirators (CAPR).
