Position Summary
CVS Health is on a journey to becoming the most consumercentric health company and creating optimal experiences for customers members clients and colleagues. The Sr. Analyst of Enterprise Customer Experience (CX) Reporting & Analytics will play a critical role in helping CVS Health to achieve this goal. As we deliver enhanced value and improved health outcomes for consumers and CVS Health this role will be pivotal to igniting a customer centric culture.
As a Sr. Analyst on the ECX Product delivery team you will be tasked with helping the organization build enhance and deploy new platforms to identify measure and improve customer experience while assisting CVS Healths mission statement and profitability targets. Additional tasks will include the responsibility of proactively finding synthesizing and delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders and providing guidance.
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience managing project timelines resources and tracking project ROI using project management tools such as Excel JIRA Trello MS Project ect.
3 year of developing use cases to solve pervasive business and customer issues. With the list of use cases provided potential solutions and suggested.
3 year gathering requirement building solutions and partnering with cross functional teams to deploy components of enterprise solutions.
3 year of employing costbenefit & return on investment to look at the efficacy of a project.
2 helping to maintain prioritize and deploy product with the back log backlogs.
2 years of work with a large crossfunctional team including multiple digital scrum teams IT project legal and other partners to developing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Healthcare Insurance Pharmacy or Retail Industries.
- Experience working with Survey and Healthcare operational data.
- PMP Certified.
- Proven ability to work in crossfunctional & projectbased teams.
- Experience managing vendors relationships and implementing new platforms.
- Proven ability to influence leadership and business partners prioritize competing workstreams and build relationships across large and complex organizations.
- Deep experience working with customer feedback synthesizing it for implications and using the resulting insight to drive change / influence the customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in highly complex environments.
Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 4 years)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46988.00 $112200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
