Sales Representative
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Sales Representative in San Diego CA USA to drive sales and contribute to company growth.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative you will:
- Successfully implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and determine how our products can best serve them.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless of sales processes.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of a proven track record of success in sales within the scientific or pharmaceutical industries highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to strictly adhere to sales goals and competitive strategies.
- Outstanding problemsolving skills and a customerfocused approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $52600.00$78850.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
