RUCKUS Networks is seeking a strategic and resultsorientedSr. Director Global Alliances and Ecosystemto lead and expand our alliance strategy building and managing relationships with 3rd party vendors to address the needs of key vertical markets.

This role will drive innovation market differentiation and comprehensive solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Alliance Strategy Development:

Define and execute a global alliance strategy that builds a robust network of technology partners aligned with verticals such as hospitality education manufacturing logistics MDU etc.

  • Alliance and Partner Management:

Identify develop and nurture strategic relationships with 3rd party vendors to deliver integrated complementary solutions aligned with RUCKUS products.

  • Leading a Team of Alliance Engineers:

Manage and guide a technical team responsible for validating integrating and testing interoperability with partner technologies to ensure seamless solution delivery.

  • GotoMarket Collaboration:

Partner with product management marketing and sales to create joint gotomarket strategies that drive revenue growth and competitive advantage.

  • Solution CoDevelopment and Integration:

Lead codevelopment initiatives with partners to ensure interoperability certification and the delivery of tailored customercentric solutions.

  • Vertical Market Alignment:

Focus alliances on solving industryspecific challenges in priority verticals enhancing RUCKUSs value proposition with innovative solutions.

  • Enablement and Training:

Contribute to enabling internal teams channel partners and customers by providing education on alliance partners collaborating with them and producing training and enablement content to ensure successful partnerships.

  • Thought Leadership and Advocacy:

Represent RUCKUS Networks in industry forums trade shows and partner events positioning the company as a leader in alliancedriven innovation.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1015 years in business development strategic alliances or partnership management within networking technology or telecommunications.

Demonstrated success in building scaling and managing partner alliances that drive business outcomes.

Strong leadership collaboration and negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of networking technologies and key verticals.

Proven strategic planning and abilities.

Education:

Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent thirdparty consultants skill sets years of experience training education geography and other business needs. Depending on experience the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This positions expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $182000.00$240000.00


The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental and vision plans life and accidental death insurance a 401(k) plan and participation in the Companys Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date) as well as other leave options.
