Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Open separate and itemize departments mail by service type.
- Match count and check items.
- Verify service type with payment and verify its eligibility.
- Enter items and print stickers.
- Sort all orders by return carrier service.
- Verify order correctness and completeness.
- Package orders in mailing box containers seal with tape and attach outside label.
- Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order.
Who You Are:
- You are a reliable team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have the ability to work in a team environment including a willingness to wear multiple hats and help as needed.
- You can prioritize all tasks and work in a fastpaced work environment.
- You have a strong customer/clientfocused mindset.
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Google programs e.g. Gmail Google Docs Google Sheets etc.
- Previous receiving shipping mailroom or warehouse work experience is a plus.
- Desire to begin or continue a career in the collectibles industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting walking and standing for extended periods of time.
- Frequent hand use including but not limited to regularly lifting/carrying up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds.
Hourly Rate:
The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of nondiscriminatory factors including location job level prior experience and skill set.
