Our highly skilled team of clinicians with Sentara Home Health Services partners with individual physicians to coordinate the multiple therapies and services each patient may require from skilled nursing care and infusion therapy to respiratory care and medical equipment. As aPhysical Therapist (PT)with Sentara you evaluate and treat patients with a variety of mobility impairments. You help them every day with regaining a piece of their independence and seeing their success. This positions primary duties include transferring ambulating assisting with exercises gait training stair climbing and balance.
