Require immediately for a leading STEEL INDUSTRIES and a highly reputed Group for General manager (Metallugy/ for Operation /FERRO ALLOYS atIn charge ofFERRO ALLOYS Department of STEEL plant at RAIPUR Location
GENERAL MANAGER Ferro Alloys Division 9MVA to 18MVA Arc Furnace)
- Diploma/B.E/ Metallurgy/ Chemistry
- 15 years of relevant experience in production of Ferro Alloys Silico/Ferro Manganese.
- SalaryTOCTC
The person has to run the plant independently. the responsibilities include
Providing technical leadership to the entire plant in all respect. Aligning the entire team technically and administratively.
Maximizing production and production efficiency.
General administration including labour stores & inventory statutory and legal issues for industry managing a team of expats and managing local government and community leaders to achieve smooth and optimal operating efficiencies.
Monitoring and controlling commercial aspect of the operations including raw material consumables and finished goods stocks.
