Insolvency Litigation Lawyer or Associate

• Act on major litigation insolvency and restructuring matters for bluechip clients
• Work closely with highly accomplished Partners in an internationally recognised disputes practice

About the role:

• Contentious insolvency and restructuring matters (administrations liquidations receiverships)
• Commercial litigation in State and Federal Courts
• Act for banks and other lenders corporate debtors company directors turnaround investors and managers insolvency practitioners corporate purchasers as well as creditors and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate:

• 2 years postadmission experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency
• Confident running smaller matters and supporting seniors on major disputes
• Strong academic background (WAM 80 preferred)
• Clear communicator with a commercial solutionsfocused mindset
• Teamoriented with a desire to grow technically and build client relationships
