Minimum Qualifications
Desirable candidates must be able to welcome guests to the Museum and provide a friendly engaging professional atmosphere. They should possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills. Able to be genuinely friendly energetic enthusiastic outgoing and truly enjoy educating others especially families and children. Be able to work with little supervision take direction and demonstrate unending patience. Must have excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills and be comfortable interacting with a diverse audience of varying ages from 0 100 in both one on one and group situations. Must be available to regularly work weekends holidays and after hour events.
Additional Considerations
Background in STEM and/or prior experience delivering K12 programming in informal settings is a plus. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
