About this role:

Gartner is looking for wellrounded and motivated Leaders to join the Gartner Innovation Tools team. The Innovation Tools team is responsible for developing innovative growth products for endusers. The team is responsible for R&D into new areas and come up with rapid solutions that can be taken to the market.

What youll do:

• Be a part of a new energetic team of engineers delivering fresh Products.
• Build modern futureproof solutions for millions of endusers.
• Work with Opensource technologies and applications.
• Work in a fastpaced environment along with passionate technology rock stars.
• Follow coding standards build appropriate unit tests integration tests and deployment scripts.
• Continuously problemsolve to create secure and simple solutions.
• Create a robust backend for massive scalability and high performance.
• Bring to life elegant and modern designs.

What you will need:

1216 years of experience developing customer facing products or web applications. The candidate should have strong qualitative and quantitative problemsolving skills along with high on ownership and accountability.

Must have:

• Expertise in designing architecture for complex systems.
• Expertise with AWS cloud.
• Expertise in Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes/ Service Mesh).
• Exposure to DevOps Terraform and GitOps (Argo Helm) is a big plus.
• Strong experience with architectural patterns implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Who you are:

• Education qualification as graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
• Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fastpaced AGILESCRUM environment.
• Owns success Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.
• Strong desire to improve upon their skills in software development frameworks and technologies.
