Job Description
BAYADAHome Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Supervisorfor our Whiting NJ Medicare Certified home health office.

Responsibilities for a RN Supervisor:
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Coordinate and/or deliver inservices for field staff.
Qualifications for a RN Supervisor:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN isrequired
- 2 or more years of experience in a leadership/ supervisory role.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Desire to lead inspire and motivate others.
- Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
- Home Care Home Base and OASIS experience preferred
