Overview
We have a brand new and exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team in Milton Keynes as a Trainee Estate Agent! All you need to apply is your most recent CV and a full UK driving licence! Let us help you create your perfect career in the property industry!
As an Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes you will receive:
- 25000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
- Fulltime working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as an Estate Agent will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purposebuilt training location
- Industryleading training delivered through onetoone and group sessions
- Daytoday learning led by our industry experts
- Fullypaid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
How you will make an impact as an Estate Agent at haartEstate Agents in Milton Keynes:
- Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Generate new leads through canvassing door knocking leaflet dropping and more
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
