InHome Child Caregiver (Nanny)
Bring your babysitter camp counselor or teacher experience to Bright Horizons at Home as a PartTime InHome Child Caregiver. Be fulfilled as you make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families every day and build a schedule that fits your life. We require availability to work at least two days a week Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This doesnt mean you will work a 12hour shift; it simply means your availability is open to work anytime between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM on those two days without any prior outside commitments. Any additional days you can work outside of that we can be flexible as long as it meets business needs. Daytime and overnight positions are available based on family needs.
Responsibilities:
Care for infant to schoolaged children in their own homes no transporting kids or household chores required
Engage children in handson activities tailored to their interests and needs
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children in your care
Qualifications:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
Reliable transportation and a cell phone is required
At least 1 year of child care experience out of friends and family is required
Experience with children of all ages from infant to 12 years old is required

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the employee to comply with all applicable federal state local Bright Horizons and client site requirements concerning immunizations employment physical/screening and health and safety training. If hired you will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision care curriculum delivery and services per Bright Horizons policies procedures and guidance in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that will ensure the safety of children in Bright Horizons care and the employee.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $17.00$20.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience education and training certifications geography and other relevant business or organizational factors.
