Ourbreast imaging expertsspecialize in both screening and diagnostic imaging services for our patients includingmammography 3D mammography (tomosynthesis)breast ultrasoundandbreast MRI. Our team also performsbreast biopsiesas part of breast cancer diagnosis.

Ourbreast imaging researchersevaluate new technologies to better diagnose and treat breast tissue abnormalities. Some examples of our current research projects include evaluation of preoperative localization techniques in the breast and axilla and evaluation of artificial intelligence applied to breast imaging triage characterization and diagnosis.

Johns Hopkins Imaging in Bethesda is currently looking for a full time Mammography Technologist to join our elite Radiology team. As a Mammo Tech you willperform mammographic procedures of a routine and difficult nature and train/evaluate other technologist in performing mammographic procedures.

  • Completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent which normally is acquired in a twoyear college or technical school program.
  • ARRT Mammography certified with current registration.
  • Radiography license by the Maryland Board of Physicians required.
  • CPR certification required within three months of employment.
  • 3to 6 months experience performing mammography Radiology procedures

  Shift:

  Full Tine 40 hours)

  8:30am 5:00pm

  Salary Range: Minimum$34.11per hour Maximum$56.34per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
