Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- of the applicable KPIs per company standard to include The Morning Routine and operational aspects of The Directors Playbook. Please refer to the Crane Worldwide Logistics Operational KPI Standards addendum.
- Coordinates daily and weekly activities planning workloads and staffing accordingly
- Accountable for production supervision and discipline of employees and conflict resolution
- Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
- Enforce policy and procedure compliance
- Coordinate with other departments within the company
- Respond to & solve production problems
- Train employees on job specific duties and develops employees through coaching
- Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
- Effectively communicate with clients vendors and employees
- Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process
- Other duties as assigned

- Problem solving identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Client Service manages difficult client situations responds promptly to client needs and welcome client feedback
- Quality managementlook for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
Physical Requirements
- Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Job may require extended sitting or standing use of standard office equipment.

- Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Four years industry experience required
- Two years supervisory required
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
