Job Title: Delivery Driver
Reports to: Depot Manager
Department: Distribution
Business unit: NVS
Main purpose of the role
To carry out deliveries of our products to our customers. Representing the company in a professional and cost effective manner. Working within GDP guidelines and ensuring customer satisfaction by acting as a company ambassador.
Core role accountabilities:Principal tasks and responsibilities
- To deliver NVS products
- To sort your daily orders ready for loading and delivery in drop order.
- Carry out vehicle inspections before leaving the depot to ensure your vehicle is road worthy.
- Deliver your load in a timely manner to predetermined customers on specific routes.
- To deliver controlled fridge items and ambient goods within the correct temperature ranges to ensure the company remains GDP complaint.
- Report back any any customer or delivery issues in a timely manner.
- Health & Safety
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times including wearing of any PPE supplied
- Promote Health & Safety awareness throughout the depot environment
- Be aware of relevant Risk Assessments and Fire Assessments.
- To drive in a considerate and responsible manner as you are representing NVS.
Personal attributes:Qualifications experience skills knowledge and competencies required to fulfil the role

- Customer focused.
- Able to work accurately under pressue and remain compliant in a fast paced environment.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- 2 years previous delivery experience.
