Job OverviewThe Sr Manager creates and executes sales strategy for K12 Education customers through a team of frontline Account Executives. They leverage prior Education industry experience to build strategic focus on driving new sales customer retention channel metrics and delivering world class customer solutions. They motivate and coach the team to drive strong performance results and serve as a pivotal resource to drive the strategy and within the K12 Education sales vertical.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops sales generation and strategy to support Education business sales
- Works with crossfunctional teams to dentify retention opportunities and ensure maintainenance of existing customer base
- Supports additional nonselling & administration functions
- Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- Work Experience:
- 47 years Experience managing a team (Required)
- 24 years Experience in direct sales management (Required)
- 24 years Experience in the Education industry (Preferred)
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Government Procurement (Required)
- Strategic Leadership (Required)
- New Customer Acquisitions (Required)
- Licenses and Certifications:
- At least 21 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners EVERY employee at TMobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant. The successfulcandidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications andexperience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
